We purchased CCD coupons with 1 year validity from Mi Lifestyle Marketing Pvt Ltd Website as our known referred us to do. May 2014, we try to use Cafe Coffee Day coupons at their outlets. Those coupons not accepted by CCD Outlets and we paid cash Payment at that time. We communicated with company selling agents as well as mailed to company mail id shown on web portal. They directed us to send coupons at Corporate Office and mail the details of coupons. We submitted coupons with other DD’s by Registered Speed Post to their Delhi office in August 2014. They returned my DD’s and told i will get exchanged Coupons. They denied to give any acknowledgement when i asked telephonic ally. I started communication with company but every time they are asking where i had submitted coupons and all those but never they replied satisfactorily. Even i submitted Serial numbers of coupons then also they are not able to reply & Refund my Amount.

They bound us to use exchanged Coupons which we don’t want because their associated partner don’t have Quality, variety & Economy. I am communication since last 2-3 months but still i don’t know whether company refund my amount or not? I and Company both don’t know weather coupons are received by Mi LIfestyle Marketing Pvt Ltd Corporate Office or not? Company harassing Economically & Mentally.

We want Company Must refund our Coupons Payment which is Rs.4100/- Company must pay penalty of Rs.10000/- with assurance not to do same thing with other. Total Amount Rs.14100/-
