Sir, my tata docomo no is 80152280XX, the company had activated the live astrology service without my confirmation on 02.03.2014 ( 9:32 pm) and rs 40 deducted from my balance i had called (03.03.2014 (6pm),04.03.2014 (9.27 am)) to customer care for help, the customer care executive replied me their technical team will deactivate your live astrology service their end and customer care replied me refund rs 40 and rs 1 deducted from my balance on 04.03.2014 evening i had called to customer care no response. Sir, so refund my balance on rs 41
