Reliance Mobile CDMA customer care service is bad service among all other mobile network. Since 1 year i try to call reliance CDMA customer care but no response from reliance customer care. Today i will call to reliance complaint number 198. One time they took the phone and give wrong answer. Then i call again, approximate after 25 minute i hold the phone the only answer is all customer service persons are on other call stay on the line. My problem is i have 10 rs balance but if i try to call the response is you have no balance 25 minute.

Is this how Mr. Anil Ambani runs the Reliance Group company ?
