Loss of Parcel from Courier company

My complaint is against the well-known DTDC Courier company regarding non-delivery of my parcel, negligence towards the issue and ignorance of the complaints registered by me via phone and e-mails. My consignment Number is “D06917306”, containing three boxes which were couriered from Jaipur to Mumbai on 18th Nov,2011 by paying 1500/- against the urgent delivery, I was informed that the high charges are pertaining to the delivery in two days whereas I recieved two boxes on 24th Nov,2011 (6th day) and rest one box has not been delivered till date and whenever I call to enquire they put my phone on hold for indefinite time untill I disconnect, I have my call records to prove that. I wrote mails to them but not getting any satisfying answer till date. The executives of mumbai branch are putting the onus on jaipur branch and vice-versa. The courier contained a computer system which was clearly in the knowledge of the Jaipur branch as we asked him for the packaging of the unit, so there is no way that any objectionable item was sent as it was welll in knowledge of the jaipur branch people. The computer system is a must for my profession and that is the reason we asked for quick delivery as it hampers my job and hence my earnings, I have suffered a huge loss due to the negligence of DTDC Courier services, kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as I am suffering continuous loss and find it difficult to pay my home loan and other household expenses.
