I have deposited a cheque no.757731 dated 06/09/2010 amounting to Rs.9199.71 Drawn on State bank of Indore, Bani park branch Jaipur,at ICICI Bank ATM ,B-6, Subhash nagar, Shopping Center, jaipur-302018. On 14/09/2010, I was informed that payment is not recieved. I immediatly contacted customer care center at jaipur on mobile no. 9829222292 and informed above facts. on 16/09/ I have again contacted your customer care executive and he informed to drop another cheque and encasement againest the previous cheque will be stoped. He also told that this new cheque wil be treated as deposited in due date. Accordingly I have dropped another cheque no. 757732 and it was encased on 21/09/2010. Now to my surprise, I got the new bill where in I was asked to deposite late payment and other charges amounts to Rs.826, and too with non of my fault. Therefore, I request for redressal of my complain.
