my activa was lost on dec 30, 2009 and i lodged fir on the same day. after that i claimed for insurance but the insurance company instead of helping me gave all paper work to me. i agreed to do it but in this process they are not even cooperating neither helping me in filling up forms (form 29, 30, 35). i went to RTO office kormangala , and they say that this work of getting signature and seal is of insurance company and not me. i am a student and can’t miss my classes and do all these work without any proper guidance. i met insurance people at their main office at KR Puram, Bangalore but they are least interested in helping.
its already been 7 months and i have paid around 3000rs to all the officials to get my work done. still i m not getting any response from the other side. please help me in getting back the insurance amount as soon as possible.
