sending to many sms and charging lots of money from the customer. my contact no 9680841053. recharged with Rs 50 and Rs 30. But the compay not credited a single rupee to my contact and send the message that you are charge Rs 40 for downloading and again charged with Rs 20. I contacted constomer care thrice but no one is giving positive answer. Please investigate the matter and mange to refund the un-necessarily charged amount. customer care representative saying that you come to Jaipur for your solution. It is impossible for me. Please stop this services just like hangama contest, games , tadka live.etc. facility those who doe’nt want it. Some times childrens also disturbs the phone. Due to these problems please company should warn the customer atleast three times regarding charges.
