I ordered a vivel cell renew fortify + repair body lotion but i was delivered vivel all year light nourish + repair body lotion….I made the complaint and they picked up the product but delivered the same wrong product again..Again I made so many complaints on phone and mail but they never took any action..the product is still with me in packed form but nobody came to replace it…I have attached my order details which shows that i ordered the correct product….

I want the correct product to be delivered to me or full amount should be refunded.
