Sir, I am dr.Satya, i’ve taken a 300 LPD solar water heating system (pressurised) for Rs. 1,00,000 ( One Lakh Rupees only) with invoice no.kUPL/INV/1697 dated 7th Feb.2014 form kotak company. From the beginning there was water leak from the heating system. after complaining about the same to their supplier, they have taken back the heater on 15th/May/2014 & promised to replace it with a new one in a week, since it was well with in the warranty period. Since then, they have not replaced it & on multiple attempts to contact them by phone and / or E-mail ,there is no response from the company. This has been happening since 2 months.

Replace it with a new one & pay for compensation.
