This is to inform you that i have booked LPG Cylinder on 22 feb,2014 with booking no. 2000241912-425281.but no cylinder was delivered till 11 march,2014.i have also personally visited my distributor office but there is no response.Then i registered a complaint against distributor on 8 march,2014.on 11 march 2014 a reply came from indane to contact with distributor. The reference no. of my complaint is 1313462.Mean while the distributor had manually booked LPG on 7 march with another reference no.2000256027.and they have also closed my previous booking without intimation to me.I have also attached booking details.Kindly take necessary action in this regard under intimation to me.The Name of my distributor is Hari Singh Gas Service.

I have no LPG available for cooking.i had to visited so many times to distributor this caused me a lot of time and problem.
