My LPG dealer’s name and address is SEBA FUEL, Sriniketan, Joragamkal, 112/4, Choudhury Para Road, Nimta, Kolkata, West Bengal 700049 Their Phone No. is 033 2527 3434, 2527 0535. My consumer no. is SF 03252. My 17 digit LPG ID is 37500000008927744. Refilled cylinder was delivered vide Indane cash memo no. 3000050524 on 13.5.2015 but no subsidy has been deposited in my bank account after passing of 13 days. My banker is State Bank of India, Ghola Branch, Ghola Bazar, Kolkata – 700 111, My S/B A/c No. 10296304868. Please reply the reason of not crediting the LPG subsidy in my above bank account.
