Dear sir/madam I visited mussorie in the month of April’15. I was shocked to see that each and every packaged food item (mineral water, chips, juice etc.) was selling by the shopkeepers at an increased price which was more than the MRP (printed on its packing). Hence I asked for the bill but none of the shopkeeper provided it. Fortunately, I got the bill from ‘Hindola canteen‘, kempty fall on 9/4/15. The bill clearly indicates that 2 packs of lays chips (30g each) was sold by canteen at Rs 30 but the MRP printed on it is Rs 10 i.e Rs 20 for 2 packs. I have attached the bill for your reference. Please take necessarily action against the culprits and acknowledge.

Consumer has to pay higher price (above MRP), which may results in a loss of Rs 5000
