I was travelling from ahmedabad to Mumbai via Patel travel bus on 30/4/2015 via PNR no BRAQY4M seat no 2.But same ticket was booked by other person who boarded in bus in Surat in midnight.Mrbhavesh agent oof Patel travel was with him.he started shouted at me for getting down and told me to shift on seat no 26. I showed him my ticket requested him that I cant travel from back seat still he was so inhuman and made me to seat no 26 number which has given lot of problem to my Back and I was unable to sleep whole night it was literally inhuman thing he did this because I was single female passange. This.This was my mental harassment. I really cried a lot after reaching at home

Mr Bhavesh should be punished for this so that he will not behave in such manner with any other passengers special females.I need written apology letter from Mr Bhavesh on Patel tours letter head
