ShopClues.com Sold Defective LED TV

I have reached out shopclue to replace my TV under the return deadline for which they simply said NO to do it. They provided me reason that seller on shopclue sent a sealed pack TV so they can’t change it. The sent me sealed packed defective product which I have been trying to replace it from a month and i get no support . Shop clue now not responding my emails. Shopclue has 15 days return policy and I had requested them to take it back within the timeline but they are making excuses and not taking the TV back. I had taken this product from credit card as it was little cheaper than others eCommerce companies. I do a a daily follow ups and spending an hrs to get this resolve but they are not helping. This was a gift to my wife which is defective and fought many times why i bought it from shop clue when she said not to purchase from this site
