Lumia Mobile – Customer Services / Repairs

I have bought a new Nokia Lumia 1520 nokia hand set vide IMEI No.3583420 53455196 from Trivandrum and after one month only I approached the nokia care centre Trivandrum for the formatting of the newly purchased Lumia 1520 hand set due to the forget of the password locked. After formatting the sim tray was lost in the Nokia care centre and after two months a new one was received on paying Rs.800/- vide receipt No 3866 dated 12.11.2014 but the hand set is not detecting the SIM and phone could not working then again the new hand set with the hand set sim tray and memory tray handed over to the customer care service centre . Till date the same is not yet repaired or replaced. I have contacted them personally and over phone several times but no solution has been received till date. They also informed that the handset will be sent to Chennai Nokia Care factory and will be returned at the earliest but the same is said to be returned from Chennai unrepaired but on my personal enquiry at Chennai I came to know that the factory is lock out and they are not replacing a new one also. Even after more than six months after spending nearly Rs.40000/- towards the cost of the hand set I could not use the hand set and also they are not replacing the same. and i am sending my grievances to the Nokia care company now managed by MICROSOFT in the E mail. contactcentre.india@microsoft.com and no solution for the same. Hence I request your goodself to take urgent steps and give direction to the concerned either to repair the handset at their own cost or to replace a new one immediately.
