Hathway Broadband – Not Refunding Deposit

We had taken one Hathway broadband connection which we surrendered 0n 09/01/2015 along with modem and router. Mr. Arun took the delivery of modem and router and gave a receipt slip which is in attachment. It was told that refund for modem and router will be sent by cheque withing 30 days. Then I wrote to Mr. Rajesh Tapreja on 18/02/2015. But still after regular follow ups we have not got the refund. We want immediate refund and compensation whatever is applicable.
