MDIndia ID No. MDI5-0012943167, GoodHealth Policy Certificate no. 712500/GH/MAR2014/4491 My Hospitalization claim for amount Rs.50,696/- has been rejected arbitrarily and unlawfully. The Insurer (New India Assurance) is no longer justifying their rejection nor offering any clarification or reason or their basis of how they have arrived at such a conclusion to reject my genuine claim.

As a result I am in great financial difficulty since I have paid for hospitalization at the time in anticipation that I will be reimbursed the amount by the Insurer. I request the Insurer to immediately approve my hospitalization claim of Rs.50,696/- and reimburse me the said amount.
