Sir i Purchased my new nokia lumia 625 handset on 27 December 2013 from jyoti telecom, ground floor, kohli shopping complex, near 22 no phatak,patiala who is authorized dealer of nokia handesets. sir from the date of purchase of handset after 3-4 months my phone lock button malfunctioned means lock on/off button not working properly.. when i go to jyoti telecom from where i purchased this phone, they said now this will be repaired by nokia care center patiala..then i immediately gone to nokia care center..then nokia care center officials said the lock button of ur handset will be changed with new one. and it would cost Rs.750/-. then i told him that my phone is under warranty but they said no..means they told me the lock button replacement not comes under warranty…i feel very harassed for this kind of answer ….every company gives full warranty of phones for one year except physical damage..and my phone is in full warranty and there is no physical damage..the button got malfunctioning due to use…which is nokia`s design problem…sir pls solve my problem

I want only the button would be replaced free of cost..because of my phone is under warranty…please help me..the nokia officials are harassing me…
