I purchased this Luminous battery on 22/06/2013 Model#ICT18048 (SNO: 151565) paying 12400/-. 1. Within one month I have lodged complaint, they checked and told battery is fine (compl#12726) 2. Again complaint on 23/04/14, checked and reported cell is not working. 15/05/14 they changed the battery of inferior model of Luminous. (compl# 70615) 3. Again complaint on 12/09/14. Their serice person came and informed cell needs to be changed again and asked us to bring it to serice center. After checking at serice center they said battery is fine (compl# 50963) It has been approximately 2 years since this battery was purchased and numerous complaint are made. Service is not fixing the issue and I am not able to use the battery.

Since 2 years this battery is not working and giving me mental tension. I have spent a lot of money as well carrying the battery to their center again and again. Now after replacement they have provided me inferior cost model ( which I doubt is old refurbished). I need my original cost of inr 12400/- plus 2 year interest @15% plus transportation cost of inr 1000/-. Please help me in getting the money as soon as possible.
