I bought one Xiaomi power bank(10400Mah) from Paytm at 28/2/2015 and diliverd to me at 5/3/2015.Power bank is a fake product which does not meet the mentioned specifications.I asked the paytm to return it at 20/3/2015 which is under there time limit of returning policy.But Paytm had denied to taken it back. I was with them in continuous communication regarding this issue.Finally on 3/4/2015 they mentioned that due to your time limit passed we cant take it back.as per paytm suggestion i contacted the product service center they said it is a fake product we cant provide any support.please do needful for me.

I am a professional person who travels for personal as well as professional purpose i need this product to charge my phone periodically to keep in touch with my family and colleagues.This error gives me a mental disturbance to me because of there arrogant behavior due to which i could not concentrate on my job and family.

First i want proper action should be taken against the paytm for cheating the consumer. Secondary this type of marketing is increasing the fake product market in India which is making huge loss to our economy. Third thing i want my product should be changed or returned. and want a compensation of 10000 for mental and physical disturbance.
