I sent a courier to Bangalore on 24/10/15 through Madhur Courier services, shop no 1, Jahangir building, national library road, near RAILWAY station, Bandrs west, Mumbai 50. tel no 9324757114,9920024539. My AWB no is 820290193.Spoke to a guy called Phoolchand. He sent a man called Riaz. I told him the address and pin code. Told him it was a glass framed picture. He said I should send it by air so it will definitely not be damaged. I paid double the amount for it… Rs 300. And was told the package will be delivered on Monday. After many calls I was told they don’t deliver to the address mentioned. So they will send through Professional couriers. It was STILL not delivered. It was damaged, and finally after many calls returned to me in a damaged condition. I spoke to Phoolchand and asked for a refund of the Rs 300…never mind the damaged product. He’s refusing to do it, saying he’s not responsible. I said your guy Riaz who came to pick up was categorically told that it was glad. He could have refused to take it. Or Phoolchand should handed returned it. Now, they are not taking any responsibility. Calls to professional couriers are unanswered. I shall be grateful if action is taken against these Madhur Courier services so anybody else doesn’t suffer the same problem. Thank you.
