Reliance Broadband – No Resolution and Unprofessional Behavior

I hope that there will be some action taken post my complaint on this Portal. My customer ID for Reliance Broadband is 358213154105. There are 3 things that I’d like to highlight. 1) My reliance Broadband hasn’t been working since 14th Oct 2015. I have made around 7-8 Complaints to the customer care since then and even to Komal Sakhare from the Secretariat office on 17th Oct 2015. Every time I call them I am being given assurances like “Your complaint will get resolved in 24 or sometimes 48 hours”, ” Your complaint has been escalated on urgent basis” “Give us a last chance”, etc. After being fed up of all this non sense I finally placed a request for Cancellation that too twice. A lady from the Retention team calls me after a day and quotes that she will personally follow up and get my complaint resolved and offered me a different plan.

Even after 5 days post that my internet hadn’t been working. 2) Today, out of frustration I called the Secretariat office and I happened to speak to the same lady “Ms. Komal Sakhare” again. She kept on repeating the exact same words that she had used on the 17th Oct 2015 and she agreed that she hadn’t done her job well, when I spoke to her the last time. I then demanded to speak to a higher authority and she kept repeating that there is no higher authority, supervisor, manager that I can escalate a complaint regarding my service not working as well as a complaint regarding her. After some time she started to threaten me that she will have to disconnect my call, which she did eventually. I again called the Secretariat office, this time I spoke to “Mr. Neeraj Yadav”. My first question to him was whether he will help me with a resolution or disconnect the call on my face and he assured that he wouldn’t disconnect. After keeping me on hold for almost 18-20 minutes, he started to repeat exactly the same thing that Ms. Komal Sakhare had said and eventually he also disconnected the call on my face. He also mentioned that he is the highest authority in the entire Reliance Broadband Network and doesn’t report into anyone (He is his own Boss). I tried my luck one last time and and called them again. This time Mr. Vijay answered who was already briefed by Ms Komal & Mr Neeraj to disconnect my call, which he did within 2 minutes without even taking my Customer ID (He already knew my name without me telling him) and I could hear his colleagues standing behind and gossiping how irritating I am as a customer. 3) I have also complaint on customer care that my Landline hasn’t been working for nearly 2 years and no one seems to to anything about it.

Lastly, my only question to the CEO of RCOM and Reliance is if he or she has given directions to his direct reportees and his staff, especially the Secretariat office, to Disconnect Calls on Customers Face who have been with them for years, have shown enough patience on any Complaints or issues or wants to complaint/escalate Unprofessional behavior of the employees of the Secretariat office? If not, then I would expect him to take this matter seriously and take strict action, even Termination of these employees who don’t respect the Customers of Reliance and display such Unprofessional and Rude Behavior. Looking forward to hear from some Sensible, Senior authority of Reliance. My alternate contact details are already available with the Customer Care and the Secretariat office..

Regards,
Bhairav
