I booked a trip to Kerala from Make my Trip portal on 23 feb 2015. Make My trip booked my tickets for 10 April 2015. They took 17300 INR from me first 7300 and then 10000 rs for the sake of booking air tickets in Air India. I was about to go but my grandmother was suffering from Tb and died on 8 April 2015. Despite of cancelling the trip 15 days back they did not reach out to me for any refunds I do filed online complaint on their portal but there was no response.

Request you to please take action against them as soon as possible. I want Make My Trip to return the money as the trip was never made or their portal should be black listed on web as they are fraud.
