I have booked ticket on makemytrip for my collegue (Mr. Yogesh Dudhane) through credit card from Ahmedabad to Pune. Booking id: NU27010958831612 I have booked ticket at 3:55 pm. I haven’t got booking confirmation neither on makemytrip or email. Meanwhile I booked ticket through redbus. After approximate 25 minutes, my colleague got an sms from makemytrip that your ticket has been booked. I spoke to makemytrip customer care representative (Mr. Parth Sarathi) immediately to refund amount and cancel the ticket. Mr. Parth Sarathi asked to send screenshot of message that we received at 4:22 pm. He was saying we have send message on 4:02 pm. We haven’t got booked email ticket confirmation till one hour. Bus boarding time was 7:30 pm on same day – 05th Dec’2014. My colleague spoke to bus operator (Patel Tours & Travels, Paldi, Ahmedabad) regarding cancellation. I have been following up this matter with makemytrip since 5th dec’14. My complaint reference id with makemytrip is – 141205-055767. Last email from makemytrip was from Mr. Mohammad Khan about revert with thin 24 to 48 hrs on 6th Dec’14 but We haven’t received any revert from him. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
