On 23rd April 2015 i booked bus ticket for Delhi to Lucknow ticket from Makemytrip, they show the bus on the site is good but when i reached at the bus station i shocked that the New-Shatabdi Bus is changed in this bus there is no services like- (Water,Blanket,A/C) and bus timing also changed 10 Pm-12 pm and bus operator and driver misbehave passenger, they abuses the passenger. I want strict action on Bus Operator and also Make my trip.
