I have booked the Sat 18th Crick Match ( KXAP Vs KKR) for Pune from Bookmyshow online portal. My Booking ref is MCAS003ZKUHAEF with my mobile number 9689896xxx. The Seats allocated for same was Flight :5 Bay :33 , Row: M , Seat :159,160,161,162,163,164. When I reached the ground , I got stuck for 20 min at the ticket checking counter as ticket checking machine showed as 1’Maximum entries exceed’ , after talking with BMS representative , they escorted us with there passes and assured us that there should not be any problem inside as I was with my family and old mother. On ground, there was another group who was were seating on the same above mentioned seats and they also had the same valid number seats allocated to them. I seek help from Bookmyshow representative, they accepted that this is the technical glitch from the site and same seats got allocated to 2 different group .they try to accommodate us to some other seats but stadium was full and there was no spare seats available. We wonder here and there with them because of which we almost lost first 13 over match, and then since there was no place and was with my old mother , I need to left the stadium immediately without watching match further. I have attached the same seat coupon for myself and other persons for your reference. Since there seats are costly , I would request you to please action on this on priority and refund money immediately along with the transport expense. I have raised the issue with bookmyshow on 19th Apr through mail , with followup with the bookmyshow on helpdesk number , they are still investigating and not provding any update on refund.
