I have purchased a sony bra via led tv on 15th April 2015 (Order No – 5813363095)SnapDeal I cancelled the order on 16th April 2015. I have been informed and as per company guidelines i will receive my refund amount in 4 working days. But inspire of so many follow up i haven’t receive my amount yet. Every time they told that you will receive the amount inb next 4 working days. Now today is 29th and till the date i have not received the amount.

I want my money back as soon as possible with compensation of Rs.10000/-
