We purchased a geyser from lazer india on 23/10/2013. From day one its tank was leaking. We made a complaint regarding that in the company and it was rectified. It started leaking again now and we made a fresh conplaint in the company a few days back ( as the tank has 5 yrs warranty ). The technician of the company named Kundan visited our place and after consulting the owner Mr.Siddharth told us that the whole geyser will be replaced. Till now nothing has happened

we purchased the geyser for 3500/= After putting the geyser in on mode hot water flows backwards.
