Montecarlo.in – Delay Services & no refund

I have placed order for 7 montecarlo sweaters on their website www.montecarlo.in on Feb 28, 2015, Order No. 100022652. 1.The first problem I faced was that they did not pick my call when I tried to contact them for getting updates on my order dispatch & delivery. I tried to contact them around 100 times between Mar 4th to March 11th on all of their Contact nos. mentioned on the website but no one picked up the phone (phone nos. were not busy). Finally I wrote a mail (Screen of mail shot attached)to Mr. Ujjawal on Mar 11, 2015 on his mail id ujjawal@owmnahar.com (as it is mentioned in the website that we should email him if our queries are unresolved). He replied on the same day that his executive will get in touch with me but I did not receive any call from any of them. 2. Finally Next day on Mar 12, 2015, I got an SMS that my order has been dispatched by Javas Courier with Tracking No. LDHMNT2002663 but that was a false information again as courier website continuously showed: Wrong Tracking no. I again wrote to Mr. Ujjawal about this on Mar 13, 2015 but no reply this time. I tried to call them again (on no. 08196922xxx) & to my surprise they finally picked up my call this time. On this call, They informed me that their store has been shifted to delhi & they have misplaced / damaged a lot of their items while shifting & they are not able to trace the sweaters I have ordered them. 3. Finally after 3-4 days of follow ups, they told me that they have found 6 of the 7 seven items I have ordered & if I want, they will courier them & refund me for the 1 item they could not trace. Though I was very upset & harassed by now, I agreed with them thinking that I should get atleast 6 out of 7 items ordered after so much follow ups. But again the problem started with Refund of the balance item (Item No. 1142309VN-947-42, amount Rs. 1560). After a lot of follow ups on phone (by now they have started picking up the phones), Mr. Jaspreest (their senior executive) told me that Your refund is initiated on March 18, 2015 & you will get it soon but I have never got this refund back till date. Every time I call them, they tell me that it is in process & you will get it in 7 days. I have even recorded their call & have warned them that I will approach Consumer Forum, but they are least bothered about that. It seams, they do not want to refund my amount at all.

1. I want refund of my Balance amount Rs. 1560 2. I want appropriate compensation for the time & money I have spent in calling & follow ups, Even for forcing me to write this long complaint. 3. They should be punished appropriately because they don’t bother even when we tell them that we will approach Consumer forum (I have recorded my call conversation with them).
