Paytm – Fail recharge amount deducted

I have recharge my Tata Docomo number 8439073091 on 28 April 2015. The Details of the transaction are as follow ORDER NO.: 934585600 Amount: Rs298 CC Transaction No: 6280207202251180 I have not received the recharge and same has been duly confirmed by the operator Tata Docomo. According to a response to a email ,Tata Docomo has clearly stated that the recharge was not successful. I have informed the paytm customer care about the issue but Paytm is not refunding my amount stating that recharge has been successful. I have lost Rs 298, neither receiving recharge nor refund. I have sent many emails to paytm customer care but they are not responding seriously to the issue
