I booked one round trip ticket from Makemytrip.com from Bangalore to Kolkata on 2nd Dec 2014 and the airline was SPICEJET. I paid Rs.15803 for the tickets. Date of my journey was 10-Dec-2014 and return journey was 15-Dec-2014. On 13th I received one SMS from Spicejet(Kolkata to Bangalore) that my flight on 15th (PNR No- HBDGWN, Flight No SG 521) was cancelled. Hence I called Makemytrip for further assistance to get the refund. Customer service executive told me to cancel the ticket from their website and stating the reason as “Flight Non-operational” I did the same think on 13th Dec itself. I got an SMS as well from make my trip that they have received the cancellation request from Makemytrip Booking ID NF7907039442883 and they will get back to me within 48hrs. since 15th Dec I have been trying to reach their call center every day but not able to reach any of them and not received any confirmation from their end as well. Really worried about the refund money, as this money is quite a lot to me. Request your intervention on the same.

I want them to refund half of my money which is near about. Rs.8000
