Reliance Mobile Outgoing Calls Barred

I am facing a lot of problems since day before yesterday evening i.e. 15th Dec 2014 when my number’s outgoing calls & messages were barred without any prior intimation. After noticing that my outgoing has been barred, I called up the customer care and after a long delay of about 1 hr my call was connected to them and they told that your number has been suspended due to CAF rejection. They refused to provide any further help on that night and said to visit the reliance store from where I had bought the connection. Yesterday in the morning I called the concerned person from whom I have taken the number whose name is Dinesh (783888xxx) and told him my problem who gave the number another person of the same store named Rahul (955585xxx) saying that he(dinesh) was not present in the shop and the other guy (Rahul) would help me out with the problem. I did that. I told Rahul the problem and he told he would call me after some time after verifying the problem. He did not call me. Then, I called him multiple times but he did not answered, but after trying many more time he picked up the call and said that my CAF has been rejected from the warehouse and the documents(address proof- my bank statement) and id-proof(pan card) have to submitted once again to resume services of the network. He gave me his email_id (krishnatelecom79@gmail.com) and told me to send my documents via email. I sent the said email. He then told that my connection will be restored in 6 hrs as he had sent a new CAF form by email to reliance yesterday at around 3.pm. But my number has not been activated till now and now the guy(Rahul) has added my other number(8595238xxx) from which I was in contact with him in reject list and he is no more accepting my calls or replying to my text messages. Moreover the main guy Dinesh is also not answering my calls. My reliance mobile number(8471064678) was previously a pre-paid number but I lost my phone on 1st nov 2014 so I first got my sim blocked by calling customer care and then went to reliance store for taking another sim for the same number. But the guy in the store(dinesh) told that pre-paid sim is not available so you will have to get your previous number converted to postpaid. I was not in a mood to do that as I already have a postpaid number of reliance-gs since the last 3 years(8595238119) but I took the postpaid number as I had no option. This happened on 4th nov 2014. I received a message on 5th nov about the initiation of the process of MNP but my number was activated on 11 th nov 2014 but my rent started from 5th itself. Moreover on 4th nov 2014 when I went to the shop then dinesh told me that I will not have to worry about my verification for this connection and he told me to give 100 rs to him and he would do my verification from the shop itself. In other words he asked me for a bribe but I refused.

I want compensation regarding to the loss of my critical time and the mental & physical problems faced by me and I want that those two employees should be executed for their act of misleading & misguiding a customer. I also want reliance to refund my security deposit of 300 and every document that I have submitted to them either physically or electronically for getting the connection.
