At the time of booking a resort “Estrela Do Mar Beach Resort, GOA” for 19 Dec 2014 to 23 Dec 2014 at the price for Rs. 5250 per night before discount,on “MakeMyTrip.com“, I was told that Beach Cottage which I was booking, is beach facing.I booked the resort.Then my finance asked me to verify whether it is beach facing, I checked directly Hotel website.On the hotel website “http://www.estreladomargoa.net/accomodation/” its is mentioned that “Some of them are overlooking the spectacular sea waves which are on request subject to availability”. When I inquired Makemytrip, they told me that they would get confirmation from hotel and after confirmation told me that hotel is charging very much higher amount for beach facing beach cottages. Even on the makemytrip website they have not mentioned two separate charges for beach cottages for beach facing and non beach facing. And from the Hotel website they are duping people that after paying higher amount one can book beach facing without mentioning it. I asked MakeMyTrip to refund my amount which they declined. I want my booking to be canceled and the whole amount to be refunded back or the cottage right before the beach
