Why Can’t Micromax Provide Service Under Warranty ?

I have purchased micromax canvas turbo A250 in feb’14.Its touch panel stooped working in warranty. I gave it to service center(hans communication) on 12/9/14 but after one month they said that parts are not available.Then i submit my phone to simran communication on 17/10/14 and they said you can get your phone after one week. Now same condition is there with simran communication they again forward me for next week.

1.I want my phone back with repairing or new one. 2.As i don’t use my phone for last two month i want that my phone warranty must be extended.
