I booked 2 seats in an AC sleeper bus from Indore to Vadodara.But when i reached to board the bus, the bus operator told me that he doesn’t run any AC sleeper bus.I had to travel in a stinky non AC bus on last seats.The Makemytrip did a fraud, they took money for AC sleeper and then denied the service.I called them thrice but they did not resolve the issue

want Makemytrip to make full refund of the ticket amount and a full compensation for the loss that company suffered.I wish that Makemytrip should be banned from booking bus ticket and other reservations as they are fooling the customers.
