Micromax – Poor Service By Centre – Review

I purchased Micromax A250 canvas turbo handset on 01-Nov-2013, the problem started with the camera of the phone. I approached the Micromax authorised service centre with the problem and submit my phone on dated 05-apr-2014 with Job sheet no. R1404FUTT9042384 at M/s Shiv Shakti Communication, Puri Complex Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Marg, Srinagar Garhwal-246174. But till today I have unable to know the status of my mobile handset. Whenever I communicate with the service centre and customer care of micromax I gets a reply please wait for 2-3 days but after more then 50 days still I am waiting for my mobile handset. Due to several enabled facility I purchased this handset and just because of Company’s process still I am unable to use my handset. It is my humble request that kindly give the instruction to the company for speedy process or refund the price of my handset with interest. So that I can purchased a new mobile set. Hope for favourable response.
