I booked ticket (pnr LYBTGD-6E) on 22 march 2015. It contains two passengers ticket(harish and madhu suman). On 17 may 2015 I cancelled partial ticket for madhu suman only by calling indigo airlines.Airline cancelled partial ticket successfully and gave me pnr for cancelled ticket also.But on 19-may-2012 there was unwanted cancellation of my ticket from makemytrip. They cancelled my ticket without my willingness and they have not refunded my ticket or full ticket cost.I have called them more than 30 times and they are not accepting their fault.Please help me in this regard .I am following makemytrip since 19 may-2015.

I faced the loss of 2 months old booked ticket cost 4200 approx.I received approx 2000 rupees as refund. I need more 2200 rupees+ penalty for mental torture to be refunded.
