Dear Concern, With deep regret, I want to file complaint for the harassment which I faced today at Chandigarh Airport. The matter of regret is Go air and Make My Trip issued me the tickets of a non-existing flight G8388. The PNR number is Z86DON. I booked my tickets of above said flight on 4 June 2014. The ticket was confirmed with my name Shikhambari Awasthi and I have received a PNR on my registered mobile number 09167680xxx. It was 2:30 PM flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai. As I reached airport on 1:30 PM Go Air staff at the counter, that there is no such flight from this airport and it has been discontinued from past 1 year. The matter of concern is that No one from Go Air or Make my trip had informed me regarding this. This is such a nonprofessional behavior from airlines resulting into a single girl standing on airport from some another town, nobody knowing her in the town. As I had urgent meetings to attend in Mumbai which I cannot attend now and this may cause a threat to my career. I need compensation for this harassment now or else I file a suite in court of law.
