Dear Sir / Madam, On 02 July 2014 I had booked Hero xtreme Blue color bike and paid down payment rupees 56375/- and rest amount loan approved by Hero FicCorp. But till now requested bike has not delivered. And they responses are very discouraging the customers to buy. Logged complaint in Hero Motocorp head office customer care and complaint number is 10728-0814-26 on 02 Aug 2014. They are asking me to contact only dealer. Anywhere is not getting satisfaction answers. And Ii don’t know for one bike as requested above not delivered more than 45 days also. But Hero FinCorp team has executed loan amount in my bank account without delivering the vehicle invoice.

I need requested bike within 2 days. Or loan amount executed without invoice or bike. Fincorp should payback the deducted amount in my bank. Or dealer should payback my down payment with respect in rate of interest for 2 months period.
