Dear Sir, I have bought Hero Honda vehicle in 2004 with which I got an LG reliance cdma mobile free, vide mobile number : 939300xxx, I have submitted all my documents as per required at that time. Recently when I went to Reliance Web world, paradise, Secunderabad, for conversion of gsm. I have submitted my documents as per needed, but they surprised me by saying that the sim was on some other name, still I have using the sim. How can the name & address change when the sim is still with me and I am using it since 2004. When I spoke to the webworld executive he asked me to speak to customer care, I have raised complaint at customer care thrice, but there is no response yet, and they have been asking me to go to webworld, When I go to webworld the ask me to consult customer care, when I call to customer care they ask me to go to webworld. I have raised complaint to reliance applets authority they have not responded properly, vide applet authority complaint no: DWML14136260 Dt: 16/08/2014

I may loose all my important contacts, cause i have using sim since 10 years, it is reliance clerical mistake/data entry fault.
