Malfunction of washing machine

I had purchased a Whirlpool Washing Machine Model Whitemagic 123 700H on 07.09.2011. The product is in warranty. It had started malfunctioning on 07.06.2013 and a complaint was registered with customer care on 08.06.2013 (complaint no. LK0613003354). An engineer visited subsequently and told that some particular ‘plate’ needs to be replaced and that would be brought by Monday i.e. 10.06.2013. We waited for many days and kept calling the customer care as well as the engineer concerned but they kept promising to deliver it in 1-2 days. The part has yet not come and we are still waiting.

We are a large family and functioning of the Washing Machine is very crucial for our daily routine life daily washing about 20-25 clothes. In this rainy season, we had to give those clothes to local washerman who charges Rs. 10 for each cloth and gives back the clothes in 4-5 days. This causes us lots of economic loss as well as frustration. This has resulted in mental agony to me and my family members and the physical burden has also increased by manifolds.

Since this is not the first time that this Washing Machine has experienced a problem, so it would be apt that this piece be replaced by a new Washing Machine of same/similar model. Pending this, the existing Washing Machine should be repaired without any further loss of time.
