I am Sukhjit Singh Ahmadabad city, working as an engineer in Ford pvt. Ltd. I had purchased htc desire 820 about six months ago and i start facing a problem in the handset then i consult to the local customer care center, they told me it is a software problem you can collect it after software updation by tomorrow but on the next day they told me it is a hardware problem. Currently we have does not have the hardware available with us and we have to order it from Chennai or Taiwan and it will take 4-5 days, but it is about 10 days has passed. they had not solved my problem and they are making vague excuses. I am very disappointed with your bad service support . Solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i ll go to consumer forum.
