I am practicing chartered accountant,from pune, booked ciaz car with ace kudale,pune, manjari,on 06/01/2015. They committed me to provide the car manufactured in december 2014, at the time of booking. I paid all the amount to them ,and expecting to take the delivery on 23 jan,on the occasion of ganesh jayanti. However i was very disappointed ,by the way the car dealer treated us as the time of delivery. They were trying to sale me a car which was manufactured in august 2014 which they did not disclosed me the fact that the car was manufactured in august 2014 was not disclosed me by the dealer.when we checked at our end we found that, and we did not took the delivery.now the dealer is agreed to return us the amount, however taking time to issue our cheque. So this is what i faced with maruti dealer. I loose my time, money and unnecessary mental stress. [133520]

I expect that the dealer should repay the whole amount of rs.1004759/- ,which he commited to repay,at the earliest.my contact number is 9860465xxx
