Maruti Suzuki Dealer Harrasment

Sir , i mr. Jay m.upadhyaya book my new maruti suzuki ciza from dealer perfect auto (maruti suzuki ) car department nr.sterling hospital, 150 feet ring rd, gandhigram, rajkot, gujarat 360007. On 11/7/2016. At same time i demand some extra accessorizes to same representative and he agree with it to provide on time of deliver. The date of deliver is fixed on 19/7/2016 which is my daughter’s birthday. When i went to got my new car unfortunately i did not get the extra accessorizes form perfect auto ltd.after that they promise me about provide my extra accessories on 27/7/2016.as per my previous experience i made daily followup for the same and i got the same answer that your accessories will be fited on fixed date which is 27/7/2016. With lots of hope and excitement i went to the above mention address, on fixed time. After 3 to 4 hours of waiting i did not get my extra accessories and went back home with empty handed.same time they give me new date which is 3/8/2016. On this date same story was repeated by them. Finally i got my extra accessories on 13/8/2016.in between that the behavior of all staff in sales and services with me is worst come worst . On very next day 14/8/2016, extra accessories did not work and i inform regarding for it to the related person at dealer’s showroom by phone.but i did not get the reply till 17/8/2016.after that i got reply that your car will be attain on 19/8/2016. Now i am very frustrate due to this kind of matter going on in my life and i feel like this is mentally and physically harassment from above mention dealer to me. So now i need my full compensation either from maruti suzuki india or your dealer perfect auto (maruti suzuki )car department,150ft. Ring road, gandhi gram,rajkot. Or as per above i return the maruti suzuki ciza vxi plus to you and demanding my total money with my all losses as soon as possible. Yours faithfully
