Reliance WiPod 4G LTE Very High Billing

I have Reliance WIPOD connectivity for the phone or Data connection number 93805 29823. I spent approx. 1500/= and got a connection for 40GB CDMA connection. I am regular/prompt in payment and honest. From reliance company, Am asked to go to reliance store to collect free 4G SIM and get 10GB free data. When I went there am told that the plan (40GB) and cost (INR 999+tax) will remain same. More than one month later I got 4G connectivity but excessively charged. They have not provided services for about 10 days. The usage is much less than 10 GB but they charged 1754/-/ There is no response to my mail from reliance customer care and a mail id of Anil Ambani. Today I had a live chat and surprised to know my plan is changed without my knowledge. I felt cheated and raising the complaint. I could not trust this organisation and hence request you to intervene and get the bill cancelled and refund for the money spent on WIPOD.

Without my knowledge they increased the cost, plan and charged me excessively. I feel undue charges are levied by reliance and dreaded to use this in future. I do not want others money. I do nto want to pay undue charges and dishonesty from the service provided. I request The Wipod charges to be refunded and the bill need to be cancelled.
