Maruti – Unfair trade practice

t para 1 you have mentioned that my auto card has been sent to MSIL for needful to be done by MSIL. Here to remind you that I have exchanged car from you and I expect you to get my auto card points credited to my auto card. Your reply that you have sent my auto card to MSIL doess not releave you from your responsibility. As conveyed by your workshop personnels you to this facility at one of your workshop. You have detained my auto card for more than two months and made me deprived to taking facility of auto card on my car servicings. By this way you have seized my right to use auto card purchased by me. In reference to para 2 of your letter I thank you to refund extra money charged on account of accessories. I would again like to mention that you have provided me bill of accessories on my repeated reminders. It is suspected that you charge extra and dont give bills to coutomers. Generally customen do not go into details and you cheat them. Also quality of accessories given by you are available in about quarter of price in the market than charged by you. Or you have charged for different accessories and given substandard accessories. In reference to third point of your letter you give in writing that you have charged the same exchange bonus from MSIL as transferred to me. In reference to para 4 of your letter I agree that you have passed actual NCB benefit to me. But my complaint is that inspite of my request to get my car insured from National Insurance you done it through you and I was forced to give Rs 800/- extra premium. In our earlier telephonic discussions you agree that “attractive gift” on evaluation of car is due but this have not been given to me yet. Your advertisements of news papers mentioned that 5 silver coins in exchange of car but you provided only three. Now in your letter you have mentioned that ” At this point of time no action is pending at our end” It is highly surprising to know how you dealt with costomer complaints. You have not attended any of my issue and say no action is pending. Either you are intentionally harassing me or you are not sincere to your work. Using unfair trade practice. You are again requested to provide following to me. 1. Register both the cars on auto card. 2. Deliver me my auto card with referral points/ exchange bonus points/ points on account of accessories purchased and car insurance. 3. Rs 5000/ balance exchange bonus. 4. Rs 800/- extra premium charged on insurance. 5. Balance 2 silver coins 6. Attractive Gift of car evaluation. 7.Check whether bill charged is in accordance with accessories if not then change accordingly. You are requested to resolve all my issues with in 7 days otherwise I will be forced to move to consumer court and electronic media for unfair trade practice by you and claim you for Rs 25000/- for my claims and Rs 50000/- for mental agony.

Deliver me my auto card with referral points/ exchange bonus points/ points on account of accessories purchased and car insurance. 3. Rs 5000/ balance exchange bonus. 4. Rs 800/- extra premium charged on insurance. 5. Balance 2 silver coins 6. Attractive Gift of car evaluation. 7.Check whether bill charged is in accordance with accessories if not then change accordingly. You are requested to resolve all my issues with in 7 days otherwise I will be forced to move to consumer court and electronic media for unfair trade practice by you and claim you for Rs 25000/- for my claims and Rs 50000/- for mental agony.
