I took a Matrix SIM card for travel to UAE, i was given an option of 89.99 dirhams plan and specifically i asked their representative named Abdullah Asari what would be final amount inclusive of all taxes and surcharges ad etc. He told me it will be 89.99 dirhams (equivalent in Rs) Plus 15 %. Thats all. Now when i recd my bill they have charged me 89.99 dirhams plus 15% which comes to 103.5 dirhams and over this they have charged 15% more, so they have charged me 119 dirhams instead of 103.5 dirhams, i.e extra 15.5 dirhams which is equivalent to Rs 290.
