Tata Croma Sold Defective Air Conditioner

Dear Sirs,
To give you a brief history of the problem, I wish to inform you that I had purchased an Air Conditioner from Croma Store, Janak Puri, New Delhi on May 31, 2014 under transaction number SLF 02A111 010014280. I felt cooling problem in the AC and contacted Croma Customer Support who lodged my complaint under service request number SR0108 1600019 on August 01, 2016 and confirmed that the issued will be resolved within three working days. Thereafter, a Croma representative visited my place and told that he needs a spare part to be replaced in the AC and will visit my place the next day. The representative did not visit my place the next day nor did he feel it necessary to inform me and when I contacted him, he told me that the spare part was not available with him and he was not even certain as to when the same will be available with him. On further contacting customer Support, I was told that it will take about 1 one week to resolve the issue. I am very surprised with the way the customers are being treated. Moreover, it is ridiculous that a reputed company like Croma (which is a member of Tata Group) does not a have a spare part in its store for its customers. Every time I contact Croma, they request me to wait for another 24 hours. I request you to look into the matter and instruct Croma to resolve the issue immediately. Please note that there is a child and a patient at home and the weather is too hot and humid in Delhi which is intolerable.
