My name is Chander shekhar ,this is to inform you that I was having URN no. MAXI 1802150006 and licence no. 10446591 from MAX LIFE INSURANCE CO.LTD . Recently I have got a job but My pan no.CYIPS0307L is showing used in IRDA portal , so i request you kindly cancel my licence and delink my PAN from IRDA portal.

Due to pan number in MAX LIFE INSURANCE CO.LTD , it is difficult to start my job.I request you to please cancel my licence no 10446591,and delink the pan number CYIPS0307L from IRDA portal as soon as possible .
