Sir I generate a jio code and I found 15 days validity but I didn’t get Jio sim and activate it and my code has expired. Then how to generate a new code with up to validity. Please sir help me in this regard.

I have purchased jio fi device from dx mini store itarsi on 19 aug 16 11 hours. I got jio sim (7000248150). I have submitted two passport size photos, Aadhar card which contains the address of gujarat, pan card and an address proof of madhya pradesh issued from Indian air force as i am a permanent staff of IAF and currently staying here w.e.f 25 apr 16. But today when i called dx mini store itarsi ( 7572404405). He told me your application form is rejected due to outstation address. But i have already submitted local address proof issued from IAF. please help me Contact no – 9574817340
